The workshop focuses on techniques, strategies and methods recently developed within industry, government, top educational institutions and "think tanks" to achieve collaborative results - the "win-win" negotiating strategy. This approach results in highly satisfying outcomes for all parties in a negotiating environment.
Buying and Selling teams are formed to strategize for and participate in a videotaped negotiation session. We collaborate with client leadership to create scenarios relevant to their specific industry challenges.
