One of our clients needed to dramatically raise their top world-wide strategic account managers' perception as valued consultants rather than sales people.

We designed this two-day workshop to give them tools to think more strategically about growing their own business.  Additionally, participants gain enhanced ability to think strategically, rather than only tactically, about how their products and services can improve their most valued clients' bottom line.

Each participant strategizes and role plays to prepare for an upcoming client meeting.
