Training
We
work with our clients to identify which of the many potential
diversity topics we need to address.
Each
team faces unique diversity challenges, based on such
realities as gender difference, sexual harassment, sexual
orientation, age/generational differences, family/
neighborhood biases due to background, values, etc.
We
design workshops around these specific issues.
